2. Material standards
Specify the stainless steel material in the contract and specify which stainless steel plate is purchased, such as 304, 316, etc. At the same time, the material standards should be specified, such as JIS, ASTM, GB/T, etc.
3. Clarify the contract details
When signing the contract, the specifications and quantity of the materials should be checked to avoid differences between the two parties on the specifications and quantity. At the same time, the delivery date of the stainless steel material should be clarified, communication with the supplier should be maintained according to the specified delivery date, and attention should be paid to the production progress of the stainless steel.
4. Quality inspection
Check whether the surface of the stainless steel is smooth, clean, and undamaged and whether the patterns and marks are clear. The size, material, precision, and surface quality should meet the requirements of the contract; the standards should meet the industry or national standards.
5. Quality Guarantee
If the customer requires, the stainless steel should be accompanied by a quality guarantee. When purchasing stainless steel, you can ask the supplier to provide a quality guarantee with an official seal.

Aluminum coils can be packaged as a whole roll or in small rolls; Aluminum coils are lined with paper core or aluminum core to prevent deformation or extrusion bending of aluminum coils;
Aluminum coils should be sealed with plastic cloth and sealed with transparent tape to prevent corrosion and discoloration of aluminum coils by water vapor;
The outer packaging should be tightly packed with thick paper shells, or a layer of kraft paper should be added between the plastic cloth and the paper shell, and the packaged aluminum coils should be placed on a wooden support and reinforced with steel belts.
In particular, aluminum coils for export should be wrapped with multiple layers of wrapping film after packaging, which can effectively prevent water vapor from entering.
Transportation and storage should be rainproof.

The yield strength of low alloy high strength structural steel is much higher than that of carbon steel with the same carbon content, and it has good comprehensive mechanical properties. The yield strength value generally specified is above 300MPa and below 460MPa.
